My wife really enjoys the silk balance in our hot tub because her skin is sensitive and she can enjoy the hit tub more knowing this product is being used.

I would have rated it a "0" but it wasn't an option! This system is a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY....AND A LOTS OF MONEY!!! While using these products , my spa was NEVER balanced! I took extreme amounts of time, and products to correct the problem. I MOST DEFINITELY would NOT RECOMMEND this product to ANYONE!!!
