     In today’s day and age, stress can be linked to many detrimental health conditions, such as heart conditions, anxiety, and obesity. Yet if you were to ask most people what they are doing to relax and relieve stress, they couldn’t answer you. Your body temperature will begin to drop once you get out of your spa. This will help your body to continue right into sleep mode when your temperature naturally drops.
