Inject marinades, butter or other flavorings deep into meats to add delicious flavor. The one and only Big Green Egg Chef’s Flavor Injector is a unique tool for adding flavor to meat and poultry. This larding needle ensures that marinades penetrate fully into the core of the meat, making it more tender and juicier.
- High-quality stainless steel injector
- Easy to use and comes with (2) removable 2.5" long stainless steel double needles
- One needle is for chunky marinades and one needle for liquids
- Tenderize meat with basting mixtures, marinades, melted butter or other liquid flavorings
- Resists clogging and unscrews for easy washing
- Dishwasher safe or wash in warm soapy water
