I think that you should know that the package was damaged when I received it. It looked like it was thrown around and there were holes on either side of the package. The inside box was also damaged. The house itself was okay except that one of the bows on the balcony was broken. I am keeping the house because it completes a collection. But, I was disappointed.

This was one of two wharf side structures I wanted to use for my Christmas Village scenario which happens to have a seashore theme on one end. This is nicely detailed and shows off the joy of the season.
