Disappointed

I was most disappointed in this product and was never able to use because it didn’t light up! A total waste of my money. The only reason I didn’t return because I didn’t have a box to put them in!!!! Total waste! Additionally, ordered specific colors and got whatever they wanted to send! A disappointment!!!
