Delivery - American Sale Delivery & LTL Freight

Oversized, bulky or heavy items - including but not limited to patio sets, grills, trampolines and gazebos - are delivered via American Sale Delivery or Third-party Freight Carrier, depending on the delivery location.

Orders outside the American Sale Delivery zone will be shipped via a third-party freight carrier. Eligibility for American Sale Delivery is determined by ZIP code at checkout. If you believe your ZIP code should be included in our delivery zone but is not recognized, please contact our Customer Service team for verification.

We are currently offering free American Sale Delivery on qualifying orders of $1,000 or more within the Chicagoland area. If your order qualifies and you select American Sale Delivery, our team will reach out to schedule a delivery date. Depending on the product, White Glove Delivery and Installation Services are also available for an additional fee.

For orders shipped via freight, delivery will be scheduled based on the earliest available date provided by the carrier. Your contact information will be shared with the carrier so they can coordinate delivery directly with you.
