How do you receive a price-match?

- Confirm the product qualifies
Make sure the product you would like to price match is identical to our competitor's product (it must be the same brand, model, style, color, size, weight, quantity).
- Visit our customer service team in our store
Visit any American Sale store and present the qualifying competitor's ad or website, with the lower price that is still in effect, to any of our store team members for assistance. American Sale will then review and verify the price match request in-store.
What qualifies?
Product that is identical and immediately available at a local retail competitor's store or qualifying online retailer.
Guidelines and Limitations
- The product must be the same brand, model, style, color, size, weight, quantity and immediately available in order to qualify.
- We will match local retail competitors (including their online prices) and product sold directly by Amazon.com (*excludes third party sellers).
- Our team reserves the right to verify the lower price and make sure the item is identical and in-stock at the competing store.
- Please provide a complete, current printed paper ad showing the advertised price or a digital version of the ad on your mobile device. A shelf tag or a picture of an in-store sign will not be sufficient.
- When price matching a competitor's website shipping charges will be factored into the total price of the item.
- No rainchecks will be issued for items out of stock at our American Sale stores to match a competitor's price. We do not price match competitors if they are out of stock.
- If we lower our price within a period of 14 days from the date of purchase we will match prices for a price adjustment. This applies to price changes to a "Sale Price", and excludes items that go on "Clearance".
Product not shown on the exclusions list. Exclusions apply including, but not limited to, competitor's daily specials, closeout products, bundled offers, and service prices.
Exclusions
- Products advertised as pre-owned, used, refurbished, damaged, open-box, display items, non-branded items, and prices that only display on a website after guests log in.
- Clearance, closeout liquidation, going-out-of-business sales.
- Pricing errors, financing offers, bundle offers, and items includes in bundle offers, volume discounts, free items, mail-in offers, coupon offers.
- Products shipped from or sold by unauthorized third-party sellers on websites, including "Marketplace" prices.
- Online only warehouse clubs. If the warehouse club has a retail store as well as a website we reserve the right to ask for proof of membership to the club and confirm the item is identical, immediately available in-store, and meet all other price match requirements.
- Products sold as "online only" may be excluded.
- Competitor's service prices (including labor and installation).
- Special orders or trade-in offers will not be honored.
- Americansale.com purchases are excluded unless price match is performed in-store.
- All price matches are subject to manager approval.
