*We require a 10% deposit at time of purchase. Product and delivery is subject to availability. Balance must be paid in full one week prior to delivery. Delivery dates are subject to change. An American Sale associate will contact you in the event your delivery date is no longer available. Layaway does not reserve product, but rather locks in pricing. If any of your chosen products are no longer available, an American Sale sales associate will contact you to inform you of the substitution. We will substitute your product with a like-in-kind or similar model. Cancellations before a balance is paid in full will be refunded the full paid amount. Once the balance is paid in full, the customer will have 14 days to cancel the order or up until 3 business days prior to delivery to avoid a 10% cancellation fee. After delivery, a 10% cancellation fee will be assessed. All cancelled items must be returned to American Sale in new or like-new condition to avoid an additional recovery fee. Submission of pool installation contract will not be submitted until balance is paid in full. American Sale reserves the right to cancel an order if no payment has been made in over 60 days.
