When I brought the tree home, the bucket was smashed in and the focking was coming off in clumps. When I ordered the tree online, the site stated it had 400 lights--it has 100. When I brought it back to an American Sale store the next day to exchange, was told the would not take it back. Very disappointing experience, as this was the fourth tree I've purchased from them over the years and never had an issue.
