I like the tree but did not like that the bulbs are not replaceable as I was told by employees. The description also led me to believe the bulbs were individually replaceable.

I purchased this tree believing the lights were replaceable. I called and was told they are. After looking at the tree again, I called back and was again told they are replaceable. I kept telling them they are not. Finally they asked me to send a picture of the lights to show the en what I mean. They then emailed me back and said they are not replaceable. I told them I would not have bought the tree if I knew that (after I had set the tree up and discarded the box). The tree cost around $500 and the lights are only warrantied for 2 years. I love the tree itself but absolutely am not happy that the lights are not replaceable. The lights are connected with the power pole so the whole tree section would have to be replaced if lights go out. But again, warranty period may be 2 years from date of purchase for light strings, if at all. They (American Sales) have no phone number for the manufacturer either. Very disappointed and I was not happy with the responses from American Sales. If any lights go out - too bad, so sad.
