American Sale has immediate openings! Depending on your experience and desire to learn and succeed, this position offers pay up to $13-$14/hour to start!
The Store Associate reports to the General Manager and works very closely with customers. We will work with your schedule to maximize your training and available hours. Our stores offer a fun work environment selling pools, patio, hot tubs, trampolines, game room, and of course, everything holiday!
Job Duties:
- Obtain or receive merchandise, total sales, accept payment, and make change for customers while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Maintain and assess store stock.
- Exceed customer’s expectations by responding promptly to customer requests for service and assistance.
- Demonstrates a desire to understand customer needs, ask questions as appropriate.
- Communicates with customers to enhance company image.
- Work as part of a team to achieve company goals and create competitive advantage.
- Exhibits ethical behavior, act fairly – treats others with honesty, fairness, and respect.
