The base part that attached to the pole cracked after just one season in the snow. Not very durable.

Very decorative for a yard and lights up nicely. Can be seen down the road. Made a great addition to our baby snowman! Only small negative is you will need to go out and buy some tent stakes. The thin wire stakes will not hole the snowman up if there is even a tiny wind. Also suggest duct taping the poles together as they weren't stable.
