This item came with several broken pieces. Not sure if these pieces were broken during shipping or it was this way when it was packed for shipping. The hand was broken off of the Santa Figure, one of the men sitting on the bar stools was unglued and his hand was broken off and the man behind the bar was unglued as well as the background wall behind the bar. Because I really like the overall piece, and felt that the items were all repairable with glue I decided to keep it. My husband was able to fix everything including open the back so he could get to the back of the bar area. All of the electronics worked so after fixing the other items it looked like new. I have ordered Lemax and other houses from other companies and have never had items arrive broken. This is my only experience with ordering something form American Sale.
